Currently there are 2 options to engage with AIS:
- More Investment and bigger time frame
In this option, an amount of 10-15 crores is invested.
There are multiple entry and exits in various real estate investments over a period of 5 years.
The return from one property is invested in other and so on.
We expect to generate more than 5X return for the investor.
Commission:
Entry : 2%
Exit: 3%
On every entry and exit.
We will target at least 2 entries in a financial year.
- Less Investment & smaller time frame
In this option, an amount of 1-2 crores is invested.(around 20% of property value)
Time frame : 12 months
Entry into a property is made with 20% of property cost.
For rest amount we get 4-8 months time to pay.
In the mean time, we will sell the property at a premium and once the property is sold we exit with premium on the invested amount.
1 crore invested can generate a return of up to 200% return in a financial year.
Commission:
Entry : 2%
Exit: 3%
